São realizadas palestras em escolas das comunidades nas quais a Nissan atua para apresentar a jovens do ensino médio diversas profissões e seus respectivos campos de atuação. Para isso, funcionários voluntários de diferentes áreas compartilharam suas experiências com alunos, buscando tirar suas dúvidas e ajudá-los na escolha de suas carreiras profissionais.
